Hi, I'm Kay.

I'm a one-person studio that builds custom operations systems for home service contractors. Not a team of 20, not a VC-backed platform, not a generic SaaS tool with a garage door template slapped on it.

I built the first version of this system for a real garage door company in the Bay Area — designed it around exactly how they work, in the field, from a phone, between jobs. It's been running live with real clients since day one.

The word lagom is Swedish for "not too much, not too little — just right." That's the philosophy: no bloated software, no features you'll never use, no price that only makes sense at scale. Just the right system, built for your business, maintained by a real person.
